Our Owner

Best known to the public as “The Debt Lady” for her popular Blogs and Newsletters on personal finances, Jerri has over 26 years experience in the debt collection and debt settlement industries.

She started as a debt collector in 1985 and in 2002 she moved to the debt settlement industry.  In 2005 Jerri expanded into consulting for debt settlement companies.  She flew all over the country educating people on how to do debt settlement.  She was amazed at how unethical the industry was and how badly consumers were being serviced.  She trained everyone from CEO’s to administrative people and everyone in between, creating policy and procedures at every company she visited.  Then one day one of her consulting companies called her and asked her to take over their 300 clients because they could not handle them on their own.  She agreed and started working the clients in her living room.  Because of the time spent consulting with other debt settlement companies, she realized the importance of having an ethical company to help consumers.  This was her opportunity to create such a company!

She got the word out that she was accepting business and hundreds of people came to her all wanting to sell debt settlement so that she could service the consumers.  She is known in the industry as one of the most ethical debt settlement owners there are.  She ensures that every consumer is called at least once a month and that the consumer always comes first.  She also developed The Debt Lady newsletter as an educational tool for the consumers on the program so that they become more educated.

The Debt Lady has touched thousands of lives and reached the goal of having one of, if not the highest, retention rates in the industry.

The Debt Lady says: “We keep our clients on the program, we work with them to get them completed with the program  and we do it ethically and with integrity.”
